–Keep in mind that this is the same team you were so excited about three days ago. If you are freaking out, you don’t have the stomach to be a baseball fan, because this is what happens during a baseball season. Winning streaks, losing streaks, good times, tough times. The Reds are still 3.5 games ahead of second-place Pittsburgh.

Life is still good. Even though the last three days have been, admittedly, very bad.

(That said, I really wish Joey Votto would hurry back.)

–I had really hoped we’d never see Milton again. Alas…
