Pirates vs Reds – July 31, 2019

Well, it was quite the interesting night in Cincinnati. I won't even attempt to break it down and will just direct you to Jeff Carr's recap. Somehow, someway the Cincinnati Reds (49-56) and the Pittsburgh Pirates (47-60) will try to play a baseball game about 14 hours later at 12:35 PM. The Reds are going for their third consecutive series win. Oh....and it's hug watch during today's game as the trade deadline will be right around the conclusion of today's game. Buckle up.

The Cincinnati Reds (49-55) will host the Pittsburgh Pirates (46-60) at 7:10 PM on the eve of the 2019 MLB Trade Deadline. The Reds have won 5 of the their last 7 games. Meanwhile, the Pirates have lost 9 straight games, their longest losing streak since 2011.

Pirates vs Reds – July 29, 2019

The Cincinnati Reds (48-55) continue their homestand with the first of three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates (46-59) tonight at 7:10 PM. The Reds are coming off back-to-back series wins and are now three games ahead of the Pirates for 4th place in the NL Central. The Pirates have lost 8 straight games and are just 2-14 since the all-star break.
