Cincinnati Reds vs St. Louis Cardinals – June 10, 2022

The Cincinnati Reds (20-37) will look to rebound from a disappointing homestand against the St. Louis Cardinals (32-26) starting tonight at 8:15 PM. The Reds lost 3 of 4 to the last place Washington Nationals and then had to settle for a split against the Diamondbacks after winning the first two games of the four game series. Meanwhile, the Cardinals were swept by the Rays in Tampa to start this week.

Arizona Diamondbacks vs Cincinnati Reds – June 7, 2022

The Cincinnati Reds (19-35) are coming off a rained-shortened, yet dominant 7-0 win last night over the Arizona Diamondbacks (26-30). Hunter Greene pitched the best game of his young career and continued the Reds recent strong run of starting pitching. The Reds starters have a 3.44 ERA (3rd in the NL) and 1.07 WHIP (1st in the NL) since May 12th. The Reds will hope to keep that run going against the Diamondbacks this evening at Great American Ballpark at 6:40 PM.

Cincinnati Reds vs Milwaukee Brewers – May 3, 2022

The Cincinnati Reds (3-19) will travel to Wisconsin to start a three game series with the first place Milwaukee Brewers (15-8) tonight at 7:40 PM. The Reds have the worst record in baseball, they are off to their worst start in franchise history and have lost 17 of 18 games. The Brewers have won 5 of 6, and since starting the season 4-5, they have gone 11-3.

San Diego Padres vs Cincinnati Reds – April 26, 2022

The Cincinnati Reds (3-13) finally ended their 11 game losing streak on Sunday with a 4-1, well played win against the Cardinals. The Reds got to take something positive into an off-day yesterday, and they will look to win two games in a row for the first time in 2022 tonight at 6:40 PM against the San Diego Padres (10-7).

Reds show off improved defense, but bats go cold in loss to Atlanta

Vladimir Gutierrez gave up two runs in the first inning, but the Reds pitching held up their end after that. The Reds bullpen has only allowed 4 runs through 13.1 innings this season as they held the Braves scoreless for 4.2 innings tonight. The Reds fought back in the 9th, just like they did 24 hours ago, but once again were one run short. Pham walked with 2 outs and Votto drove him in, but Aquino popped out to end the game.

Cincinnati Reds at Pittsburgh Pirates – October 1, 2021

The Cincinnati Reds (82-77) will begin their final series of the 2021 season tonight at 6:35 PM against the Pittsburgh Pirates (59-100). The Reds are 12-4 against the Pirates this season. The Reds have not won 14 games against the Pirates in a season since 1957.

Washington Nationals at Cincinnati Reds – September 24, 2021

The Cincinnati Reds (78-75) late season woes continued last night in a 3-2 loss to the Washington Nationals (64-89) The Reds have gone from 12 games over .500 with 72.9% odds to take the NL's second wild card spot, to just 3 games over .500 with 0.5% postseason odds. The Reds are 7-16 in their last 23 games. They have scored 2 runs or less in 10 of those games. The Reds will hope to stop the bleeding tonight at 7:10 PM. The Reds need to finish the season at least 4-5 just to finish above .500.

Pittsburgh Pirates vs Cincinnati Reds – September 21, 2021

The Cincinnati Reds (78-73) season was already on life support and they were down 5-0 last night. The Reds fought back with nine unanswered runs against the Pittsburgh Pirates (56-94) for 9-5 win to stay within 3.0 games of the Cardinals and give themselves a punchers chance over the last 11 games. The Reds and Pirates are scheduled to meet again tonight at 6:40 PM, although there is a big threat of rain this evening. The Reds are virtually in must-win mode the rest of the season and all eyes will be in Milwaukee to see if the Brewers can finally slow the Cardinals down.
