Jake Johnson improved to 3-1 on the year by allowing 2 runs on 5 hits and a walk over 7 innings pitched. He struck out 6.

Brent Peterson reached base 3 times from the leadoff spot thanks to 2 singles and a walk. This led to 2 runs scored for the Dragons. Roberto Ramirez and Wagner Gomez added 2 singles each while Seth Mejias-Brean doubled and had 2 RBI.
