Nefi Soto was 2-4 with a homer, the only other Bat with two hits was pitcher Chad Reineke.

Reineke also threw 6 innings, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 6 hits, 2 walks, 2 strikeouts. The Bats got three hitless innings of relief from their bullpen with innings from Jordan Smith (got the win), rehabbing Nick Masset, and JJ Hoover, who picked up his 12th save.

Chattanooga 4 – Pensacola 2

Billy Hamilton was 1-4 and 2/3 in stolen base attempts. That brings him to 135 for the season.

Kyle Lotzkar threw 6 innings, allowing 4 hits, 2 runs, 2 walks, and 5 strikeouts. The only other Blue Wahoo with a scoreless inning was Justin Freeman, who threw a scoreless 9th, striking out 2.

High Desert 11 – Bakersfield 3

Kurtis Muller was 2-3 with a double and triple. Steve Selsky was 2-4 with a triple.

Bad night for Blaze pitching as the only pitcher that escaped unscathed was recently activated, Michael Griffin, who threw a scoreless 9th (but gave up a walk and hit).

Dragons scheduled doubleheader at Lansing was postponed.

Jesse Winker went 2-4 with a double and homer, driving in 2 runs, as the only multiple hit Mustang. Wagner Gomez was 1-3 with a homer.

Jonathon Moscot started and threw 2 shutout innings, allowing only 1 hit and striking out 2. Alejandro Chacin threw a hitless inning, as did Sean Lucas. Matt Wiley picked up his 6th save, with .2 hitless innings, striking out 1 and keeping his ERA at 0.00.

AZL Reds 6< – AZL A's 4

Brent Peterson was 2-3 with a walk and Jose Valdelamar was 2-4.

Austin Muehring had 2 scoreless innings, allowing 1 hit, 2 walks and 2 strikeouts. Ryan Fennell threw a scoreless inning, and Abel De Los Santos picked up his 3rd save with a hitless 9th, he struck out 2.
