Well-deserved.

Johnny Cueto and his 9-4 record and 2.26 ERA did not make the team. Neither did Brandon Phillips (though he has less of a beef among second basemen about missing the team than Arizona’s Aaron Hill, in my opinion) or Willie Harris.
