We are looking to add an undetermined number of contributors. If you are interested, email me (dotsonc AT gmail DOT com) with a brief outline of your previous writing experience (if any; that isn’t an absolute requirement) and a writing sample.
As noted, you don’t have to have any previous writing experience, but you do need the ability to write well. We pride ourselves on the quality of discourse here, so we are looking to bring on good writers.
Besides writing ability, there is one other absolute requirement: you must be able to commit to writing 3-5 posts a week, minimum. They don’t have to be long posts, but we want active contributors. If you want to help with our regular features, such as DOTF or the nightly recap, let me know that in your email. If you have an idea for a new feature, that’s wonderful; let me know.
There is no money in it (for now), but it is a good opportunity to reach a pretty wide audience of baseball fans. There may even be the random chance to contribute to our partners over at ESPN.
