Cueto’s numbers aren’t bad, but he wasn’t very pitch efficient, going 4.2 innnings, allowing 5 hits, 2 runs (both earned) with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts. He threw 99 pitches, 61 for strikes.

Jose Arredondo took the loss, giving up 2 runs on 2 hits in one inning of work, he walked none and struck out 2.

James Avery threw 7 shutout innings, allowing 4 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 3.

Felix Perez went 2-4 with a double, scoring a run, driving in 2 and stealing a base.
