I guess this is good news:

Reds starter Johnny Cueto took a positive step Monday, but he has a few more to take before he fully gets back on track to be ready for the regular season.

Cueto played catch Monday at the team’s Goodyear complex for the first time since he experienced forearm and biceps stiffness in his throwing arm that shut him down over the weekend.

I’m still holding my breath. While the Reds are deep in starting pitching, I don’t want to start the year with an injury to the guy that might be Cincinnati’s best pitcher in 2011.
