AAA
Durham 4 – Louisville 2 (Game 5; Durham wins series 3-2)
For the third consecutive season, the Durham Bulls have ended the Louisville Bats season.  This time it comes in the decisive game 5 of the first round of the playoffs.  Jeremy Horst walked 4 and allowed only 1 hit in his 4 innings of work.  That led to 2 unearned runs and put the Bats behind 2-0 early.  The Bats tied it at 2-2 when Kris Negron doubled to drive in 2 RBI. Negron ended the game 1-2.  Micah Owings then came in and gave up a run in 2 innings of work.  The run Micah allowed in the 5th inning was all the Bulls needed for the win and the series.
