Homer Bailey was scheduled to make a rehab start for Louisville tonight. He’s been scratched from that start, and will pitch in relief instead.
I can think of no other reason the Reds would do that other than because Bailey will be making Mike Leake’s next start. Draw your own conclusions, but I expect to see Homer on the mound this Saturday.
