Louisville 4 – Columbus 3; final 12
After going 3-5 with a homerun, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBI, you really have to wonder how much longer until Chris Dickerson is back with the Reds.  Chris is now batting .442 with Louisville since returning from injury.  He also stole his 6th base of the season.  Yonder Alonso had 2 doubles in 6 at-bats.  He also drove in an RBI.  Wladimir Balentien went 2-5 with a double.
Sam LeCure went 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 7 hits and a walk while striking out 2.  However he did not factor into the decision.  The bullpen of Micah Owings, Carlos Fisher, Philippe Valiquette, Jared Burton, and Aroldis Chapman combined to go 5 shutout innings, allowing 2 hits and a walk while striking out 7.  Burton got the win by going 2 scorless innings, striking out 3.  Chapman struck out 1 in the 12th inning to record his 2nd save of the season.

Huntsville 10 – Carolina 2
Dave Sappelt went 2-4 with a triple and 2 RBI while Kris Negron scored twice.
The Mudcats committed 4 errors, allowed 10 runs on 12 hits, and struck out as a team a collective 13 times.  Just a bad game overall for Carolina.ÂÂ
High A
Potomac 9 – Lynchburg 5
Brodie Greene, Cody Puckett, Shane Carlson, and Chris Richburg each went 2-4 in the loss.  Greene had a double and scored twice, Carlson had 2 singles, Puckett scored a run, and finally Richburg had 2 RBI.  ÂÂ
Lance Janke allowed 6 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks in 5.1 innings pitched to fall to 3-9 on the season.  He struck out 5 but watched his ERA rise to 6.52 on the season.
A
Lake County 13 – Dayton 7
Henry Rodriguez scored a run, drove in an RBI, and went 3-5 with 3 singles.  Frank Pfister had 2 singles and scored a run in 4 at-bats.  Kevyn Feiner homered, his first with Dayton, and drove in 2 RBI.  Ryan LaMarre hit his 3rd homerun of the season and scored twice.
Jamie Walczak allowed 7 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks in just 1.2 innings of relief to pick up the loss and drop to 0-2 on the season.
Rookie
Billings 5 – Helena 3ÂÂ
Billy Hamilton continues to hit, going 3-4 with 3 singles and 2 runs scored.  He is now batting .345/.397/.470.  He also stole 3 bases, giving him 24 on the season.  Donald Lutz went 2-3 with 2 runs scored and an RBI.  Dominic D’Anna had a single and 2 RBI.
Daniel Tuttle struck out 7 in 5 innings to improve to 5-2 on the season.  He allowed 3 runs on 5 hits and a walk.
AZL Reds 5 – AZL Royals 4
Drew Poulk went 3-5 with 2 doubles and a run scored.  Jaren Matthews, Samuel Diaz, and Juan Silva each went 2-5.  Matthews singled twice and drove in a run, Diaz doubled and drove in a run, while Silva doubled, scored a run, and drove in a run.
Luca Panerati picked up the win in relief by pitching 2 scoreless innings, allowing 2 hits and striking out 1.
