    I was at Rochester

Wind was blowing out, directly in Chapman’s pitches. I think this affected his velocity as he was in the low 90s (according to stadium pitch speed) with his fastball all game. Definitely had some control issues. 1st pitch was a wild pitch, followed by 3 straight balls. Almost hit a person walking behind home plate with a warm-up pitch. His change-up looked really good when he could locate it. Made Wilson Ramos look foolish on 2 straight pitches with it. Slider was decent. Didn’t see any type of curveball. Does all he have is fastball, slider, changeup? His pickoff move to 1st was pretty bad

    Few other notes:
-Infield looks solid defensively w/ Sutton, Valaika, Cozart and Frazier
-Alonso played LF and got robbed on a few hits.
-Wilkin Castillo needs to work on blocking balls behind the plate
