This is just good news no matter which way you slice it:
Wladimir Balentien and Aaron Miles cleared waivers on Wednesday, and the team released Miles and outrighted Balentien to Class AAA Louisville.
I’m really surprised Balentien cleared waivers, but I’m happy he did. I’m glad to keep his bat in the organization.
