Odd trivia about Pete…his birthday was on the anniversaries of Lincoln’s assassination and Titanic accident, when 1517 died in the maritime disaster.
And, he broke the hit record on 9-11-1985. That’s right 9-11, on what would become the anniversary of the greatest civilian assault in our nation’s history. Almost 3000 were killed in the attacks.
