–Dusty Baker has an explanation for the fact that Micah Owings got lit up in a minor league game the other day:

“It’s not easy pitching against those young guys,” Baker said. “It’s a bigger deal for the kids to face him. You want to call home after the game and tell your daddy, ‘I think I’m ready.'”
