Sportswriter/blogger Sam Mellinger of the KC Star has a great interview with Michael Schur, aka Ken Tremendous at, aka Cousin Mose from The Office, aka Regis’ son-in-law. It’s interesting if you’re a fan of their site, but I love this quote:

Big general question here, but what do you think is the single most common mistake made by print and broadcast media?

Many of them still use batting average to determine a hitter’s effectiveness, which is like judging someone’s wealth by the size of her TV screen.

That’s just a great simile.
