Not a bad first outing by Homer Bailey yesterday: 2 scoreless IP, 1 hit, 1 K, 2 BB. A relatively wild first inning was followed by an outstanding second inning. And John Fay says that Bailey is showing “a majors attitude.” For what it’s worth.

Elsewhere, Edinson Volquez and Scott Sauerbeck got smacked around pretty good by the Rays. But Adam Dunn didn’t take any walks in two at-bats, so some people should be happy. 😉
