24 year-old, starting pitcher, Bobby Livingston (Mariners 4th – 2001) was knocked around a bit in his debut going 5.1 innings giving up 4 ER, 9 H, 1 HR with a BB. Last year in AAA Tacoma, Livingston struck out 69 in 135 innings with a 4.59 ERA.

27 year-old, relief pitcher, Brad Salmon (Reds 31st – 1998) picked up the win, going 1.1 innings with a K. Last year at Louisville and Chattanooga, Salmon struck out 96 in 81 innings with a combined 2.44 ERA.

21 year-old, right fielder, Denis Phipps (Reds Free Agent 2005) went 3 for 4 with a R. The Dominican outfielder hit .315/.367/.423 in 17 games at Billings last year.

22 year-old, starting pitcher, Sean Watson (Reds 2nd – 2006) opened the season going 5 innings, with 6 Ks, while allowing 7 H and 0 BB. Last year, Watson struggled in his 14 innings at Dayton after recording a 1.52 ERA at Billings in 23 innings.
