26 year-old Brad Salmon pitched 2.2 innings giving up 2 H, a BB, and 0 ER.  Since being promoted form Chattanooga, Salmon has a 2.08 ERA with 21 KS, 6 BB, and 13 H in 17.1 IP.  At Chattanooga he had a 2.70 ERA with 24 Ks, 16 BB, and 18 H in 23.1 IP.

Curiously the Bats pitched 4 relievers last night, and no starters.  I wonder if they were having tryouts for the Reds?
