Speaking of JD, over at Red Reporter he has a good interview with Todd Coffey, who is fighting for a spot on the Reds staff this spring. Coffey dropped more than 90 pounds after being drafted, and he’s an interesting player. All spring, all I’ve heard is how hard he throws. We’ll see if it translates into big league success out of the bullpen.
